Refund policy

At Maryam Jewellers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy. You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request. After 3 days have passed from the delivery date, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition — unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, certificates, or tags.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
  • The return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, or customized.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
  • Sale or discounted items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via email or phone (contact details below).
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  5. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value (with the difference paid by the customer). Exchanges are subject to product availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify that you would like an exchange.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
